About Our Founder and Circle Finance
My name is Noreen Baqir and I am a finance consultant, mortgage broker and the founder of Circle Finance. I am an ambitious, energetic and creative businesswoman that revels in helping people realize their dreams of owning their own home or helping them protect what they already have.
In 2001, I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in Financial Services and jumped into my career in the financial world.
My first job after graduating was with the Bank of Scotland as a Business Banking Advisor. Soon after I became the Sales and Service Manager for the branch. I managed a team of 9 and ensured the weekly sales and customer service targets were being met. As much as I enjoyed my position within the bank, I felt it was no longer challenging enough for me so I decided I was going to leave the employed status and take on the challenge of running my own business. After running a successful Remax Real Estate Agency and a Subway franchise, which helped me gain a large knowledgebase of business and real estate knowledge to augment my financial skills, I decided to make realise my lifelong dream and Circle Finance was born – A company based on my passion for the mortgage and protection industry, my finance experience and my strong family values.
At Circle Finance we pride ourselves on professionalism and delivering a quality service for our clients. Our clients know that I will work with them to make sure they get the finance they require.
We love a challenge at Circle Finance, which helps because many of the cases that come to me are challenging to put it mildly, often the client doesn’t have the best credit rating, do not have their paperwork in order or are genuinely lost with nowhere to turn after rejections from high street banks. I am a natural problem solver, that can breakdown the issues and work with clients to guide them through every step of the process and ultimately find the best solution for them.
